My non-attempt at poetry
I'll leave poetry to the pros, like Thom Ringer for example.
Though, I did find a quote that helped me somehow personally justify this whole "enterprise" called Ironman training (it's been a rough week motivation-wise ... i'm probably overdoing things a bit ... better take it easier for the next week)
So, here goes:

Mark, I like the quote. What happened with the trainning? Injured or overtrainned? I hope everything is going well for you.

Hetti, I can see why this is problematic for you:
1) You're envious of Lynn, due to a lack of people trying to pick you up on the bike (or at least appropriately swim-capped boys in the pool).
2) It leaves potential opening for you to swoop in and steal Monsieur Robinson away from his wife....

Ok, so here is why you're glad you're not running with Kevin at the Park this summer. The smell was horendous in previous years, but this year it must just be rediculous....
